This research proposes the creation of a business project based on the Technological-Organizational-Environmental (TOE) framework and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to provide adventure insurance services to tourists and foreign residents who are engaged in adventure sports in the city of Arequipa through added value at the technological level. Initially, the scant intention of entrepreneurs to innovate in 4.0 technology was identified as problematic. For this reason, considering the focus on the tourism sector and its high impact on the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP), measures are required to enable an entrepreneur to address new trends and customer needs. To this end, a literature review was conducted based on 20 indexed scientific articles, determining the TOE and TAM frameworks as research contributions, which integrate key success factors for technological implementation that will allow the creation of value in a competitive business model in the 4.0 industry for SMEs in the tourism sector. Additionally, a market study was conducted to assess the opportunity and feasibility of the project. For this, qualitative and quantitative validation of the solution was achieved through conclusive research, carried out via self-directed surveys. Consequently, the "Be Trek" project achieved an enterprise acceptance level of 87.64% and a high feasibility rate, considering an NPV of S/699,914.80 and an IRR of 78%.
