Purpose - The article aims to propose a comprehensive approach for sustainable practices and risk resilience in a circular economy of the supply chain within a manufacturing company. It addresses current sustainability, risk and resilience challenges, emphasizing their interconnectedness with the circular economy in the supply chain context. The study utilizes Fuzzy AHP and Fuzzy DEMATEL tools to create a practical framework for evaluating sustainable practices and risk resilience strategies. Its goal is to advance knowledge and offer guidance for promoting a more sustainable, supply chain risk resilient, and circular-oriented supply chain in manufacturing. Design/Methodology/Approach - This article applies Fuzzy AHP and Fuzzy DEMATEL tools to address sustainable practices, supply chain risk resilience, and the circular economy in a manufacturing company's supply chain. Fuzzy logic handles imprecision and uncertainty in this context. Fuzzy AHP allows a flexible and accurate evaluation, considering the ambiguity and subjectivity of sustainable circular supply chain and supply chain risk resilience criteria. Fuzzy DEMATEL helps understand causal relationships among drivers, considering their fuzzy nature and interdependencies. Findings - The criteria of each driver and the alternative of each actor were resolved in this study. Supplier 1, Manufacturer 2 and Distributor 1 were the best choices for this research study. In addition, it was determined that efficiency (CSC1), security (RR3) and other criteria are the most influential drivers compared to the other components. Originality/Value - The originality of this study lies in its specific application and adaptation to paint manufacturing supply chain sector, focusing on sustainability, resilience, and circular economy. We provide a useful viewpoint that leads to notable management gains, advancing sustainability and the circular economy locally, by implementing these techniques—Fuzzy AHP and Fuzzy DEMATEL—to the Peruvian painting firm.
