The present work of professional competence is directed to the resolution of the difficulties that brings the manual process of digital enrollment of the first banking product caused mainly by internal fraud and generating a decrease in the acquisition of services. The analysis of the background of the banking environment in Peru, with the business process to be improved and the evaluation of other alternatives in the market led to the development of this customized solution. After defining the technologies to be used and the objectives to be achieved, the project architecture was sketched using the TOGAF business framework and the modeling of the C4 diagrams. In addition, the validation of the project was carried out through surveys to professionals of the sector validating the objectives defined at the beginning of the planification. As a result of the implementation of the system, we obtained a 70% reduction in identity fraud in the banking system and a 50% improvement in the process of acquiring a first banking product.
