In the following mechatronic design document, an improvement of an automated system for selecting eviscerated birds from the company Frangos Campiñero S.A.C. is developed, which requires improvement with the weighing system, change from the analog system to a digital one and the separation of non-viable product without need to stop the process. To meet the company's requirements, the objectives of improving weight taking were set by reducing the scale error, improving the time it takes to change a weight range or product to be eviscerated and the implementation of a weight separation system. non-viable product on the same production line. When developing the solution, the type of device to be used was considered, complying with the rules and regulations of the institutions of Peru and providing a user-friendly system. Meeting the objectives and improving the error of weights and change time from one product to another and the change of weight ranges. Managing to reduce these to the objectives set and fulfilling what was requested by the company.
