This study investigates the problems in the quality of telemedicine service quality in a retail company. Customer service deficiencies have resulted in a lack of user retention and insufficient critical data to identify improvement opportunities. A qualitative methodology was used, gathering data from a documentary review of indexed articles and internal company information to understand the context of the problem in depth. To address these issues, three alternatives focused on gathering and analyzing stakeholders' perceptions of telemedicine services are proposed: the Servqual model, the Servperf model, and satisfaction surveys. It is concluded that, considering the company's reality and resources, the most suitable alternative for improving the quality of telephone medical consultation services is the implementation of simple perception surveys. These surveys will provide essential data to make necessary adjustments in customer service processes, thereby increasing customer satisfaction. In summary, the combination of simple surveys and the Servqual model offers a balanced and effective strategy for improving service quality in the pharmaceutical retailer, ensuring a better user experience and facilitating the identification of key improvement areas. It is recommended to complement long-term data collection with the Servqual model for a deeper and more systematic analysis.
