The thesis presented below was carried out on the country road from Parkinsonia to Santa Rosa EMP PI.529, Sullana - Piura Region. The main objective is to perform the structural design of the pavement and the most optimal drainage system for its infrastructure, taking into account the different specific objectives such as soil characteristics, CBR calculation, vehicular load for IMD calculation, ESAL and drainage system design. In order to achieve these objectives, different procedures were carried out, taking as a starting point the traffic study and soil mechanics study. Initially determining an IMDA of 188 vehicles/day. The soil study was carried out, where it was found that the soil classification was S2 (REGULAR SUBGRADE), yielding different types of CBR in relation to the test pits made, but it was chosen to design with the lowest of them, which was a CBR of 8%, thus having a regular subgrade. According to the traffic studies carried out on the country road, our traffic type is Tp6 = >1'500,000 EE ≤ 3'000,000,000 EE. Thus, continuing with the procedure, we started with the structural design of the asphalt pavement. At this point of the investigation, according to what has been developed, the asphalt pavement binder, according to its structural design, has a thickness of 8 cm, with a granular base of 25 cm and a subbase of 15 cm. Next, for the structural design of the rigid pavement, the data obtained from the different types of studies carried out on the local road were taken into account; therefore, a concrete f'c=280 kg/cm2 and Mr=40 kg/cm2 was chosen, with a concrete slab thickness of 20 cm and a subbase of 15 cm
