In mining operations, múltiple variables have been detected that directly affect the production and productivity of loading and hauling teams in their different activities, such as: load factor for each truck, fuel filling time at the tap, mining fronts in good condition, floor level of the loading front, haulage roads, irrigated roads, unloading in the area of waste deposits, areas of Stockpile, crashes machines and others; If there is identified for this work as one of the important variables of the load factor of the trucks, which significantly increases the tonnage hauled per truck. In 2018, an awareness program for equipment operators (loss in the material hauling process) began, also including the losses and gains on this improvement in the process, which was assumed internalized by highly qualified equipment operators. good way with the objective of increasing the production and productivity of the loading and hauling teams. In the course of the chapters, the theoretical framework, the methodology and the calculations that have been developed to analyze the data using a defined structure will be shown in detail. This information is obtained from the database (SQL) of the fleet control system. - Modular, through query's that help to understand the complexity of the data to be developed and place it in summarized tables according to the information that the fleet control system wants to show in its database, obtains the control system in real time In all the activities of the mining operation, one of these parameters is the tonnage which is calculated for each load of the truck that the shovel carries out, monitored and managed with the purpose of obtaining the highest production with the same equipment that is available.
