The present work is carried out as part 3 improvements made in “the university“ in the calculation of campus capacity and estimated needs in the coming years, the first improvement refines the projection calculation of students, which is the first input to project construction needs and the next 2 in reference to the capabilities of common classrooms and specialized laboratories. The first improvement is a new treatment for the type of readmission students, to increase the uptake and be more accurate in the projection for the next 5 years, have a good projection of students (enrollment) is very important since it is the first input for the calculation of future needs. The second improvement is a new capacity model, this new model allows to link the different operational ratios of the university (classroom filling, academic hours, seats, etc.) and have a better understanding of this, in such a way that indicates how many seats need to be enabled in the next 5 years so that the headquarters has the capacity to accommodate the number of students. In the third improvement an application was created for new campuses where from a plan of launch of the careers for the first 5 years this application calculates that laboratories and/or specialized workshops would need to be built in each year and semester so that the students can take their courses normally according to the current mesh, if in case the syllabus of the college career is changed the system program can be updated and find out if the syllabus change alters or not the plan of construction of laboratories. In addition, and in view of the information provided by the model it also served to measure some risks at certain hours of campus (schedules with more students) and to measure the capabilities of shared environments (library and cafeteria).
