The symbiotic and continuous evolution of information technologies regarding marketing strategies such as On-Demand Marketing has caused barriers such as geographic, demographic and information limits to be overcome. Technology has caused what we knew about traditional marketing and its limitations such as segmentation, to be evolving. These information technologies have been strengthened due to the framework of the health emergency caused by the SARS-CoV2 virus (covid19), which began generalized quarantine periods in Peru since March 16, 2020. Since then, the government and health institutions recommend avoiding prespecialty. In this thesis it is proposed to evaluate the Marketing On Demand strategy regarding the number of participants and the intermediary amounts of the Stock Brokerage Companies (SAB's) in the Peruvian Capital Market. This methodology will make it possible to publicize the existing relationship of marketing strategies with respect to the number of participants. In this work, the methodology to increase participants in the Peruvian Capital Market will be evaluated, this addressing the criteria of a) Now, b) I can, c) For me and d) Simply. The method used consisted of collecting initial information from the website of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV). 21 Brokerage Companies were identified, and the amounts negotiated were obtained from the same source of information, the number of participants was obtained from reports and annual reports of the SAB's. Information about digital marketing resources was obtained from the SAB's web pages, as well as from the social networks they use to communicate their financial products to Internet users who could be potential participants. Once this information was obtained, the engagement levels were obtained using the social media analytics tool called Fanpagekarma and the analysis of the web pages was carried out with the web analytics tool called Woorank. Once the necessary information had been collected, it was organized to be processed in the STATA v14 software, to study the influence of on-demand marketing and the statistically significant relationships regarding the number of participants in the Peruvian capital market. The statistical analysis allowed to determine that the companies that offer banking services and services such as brokerage firms are applying the characteristics (1) I can, (2) Now, (3) For me and (4) Simple of Marketing on demand, thus They take greater advantage of the resources of digital marketing. It was also observed that companies that are older than 23 years present statistically significant relationships with respect to the number of participants in the Peruvian capital market.
