In the current research, the thermo-environmental conditions in a mining work were analyzed from the thermodynamic point of view, the psychrometry, when using directly measurable parameters, immediately indicates the transfer of heat from the strata of the rock mass or any other source of heat existing heat, which is generated in an auxiliary ventilation system. The non-compliances in the production generated by the stoppage of work that show substandard thermo-environmental conditions, require analyzes that generate results for the improvement of the thermo-environmental conditions in the work fronts, a psychrometric analysis allowed the quantification of the humidity of the air using parameters as the wet bulb temperature. The objective of focusing a psychrometric analysis to improve the thermo-environmental conditions in a mining work, allowed, with data collection, to simulate air flow scenarios, which determined the scope of development of a work, maintaining the thermo-environmental conditions within what indicates the regulations. Finally, the result of the psychrometric analysis, as a support to generate simulations at different air flows, allow temperature predictions to be made at a certain distance and the subsequent validation and corroboration of these predictions with field records, constitute the solid argument to indicate that the proposed hypothesis is true, an adequate psychrometric analysis has an impact on improving the thermo-environmental conditions in mining works.
