Diseño de instalaciones eléctricas de una planta Merrill & Crowe cumpliendo con la norma NFPA 70

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional es describir los cálculos que se tienen que realizar para elaborar la ingeniería de detalle de la disciplina de electricidad del proyecto “Planta de Procesos Merrill&Crowe de 24,000 TMPD – Tantahuatay”. El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional describe la metodología utilizada para realizar el dimensionamiento de conductores aplicando las recomendaciones y restricciones la norma NFPA 70- 2011 (National Electrical Code), también se muestran los criterios para la selección del diámetro de las tuberías conduit y para la definición de la sección de las bandejas portacables utilizando dicha norma. Como producto final luego de realizar el dimensionamiento de los conductores, se tiene los planos de diagramas unifilares, los cuales servirán para realizar la compra de los tableros del proyecto y como producto final de la selección del diámetro las tuberias conduit y definición de la sección de las bandejas portacables se tendrán los planos de canalizaciones eléctricas, con los cuales se podrá realizar la compra de los materiales y realizar la construcción del proyecto “Planta de Procesos Merrill&Crowe de 24,000 TMPD – Tantahuatay”.

The objective of this work of professional sufficiency is to describe the calculations that have to be carried out to elaborate the detailed engineering of the electricity discipline of the project “Merrill & Crowe Process Plant of 24,000 TMPD - Tantahuatay”. The current work of professional sufficiency explain the methodology used to perform the sizing of conductors applying the recommendations and restrictions of the standard NFPA 70-2011 (National Electrical Code), the criteria for the selection of conduit pipe diameter and for the definition of the section of the cable trays using that standard. As a final product after the sizing of the electric cables, there are the drawings of single-line diagrams, which will be used to purchase the project boards and as the final product of the diameter selection the conduit pipes and definition of the section of The cable trays will have the plans of electrical pipelines, with which you can make the purchase of the materials and carry out the construction of the project “Merrill & Crowe Process Plant of 24,000 TMPD - Tantahuatay”.
