The detergent plant needs to maintain its process parameter for the daily production of powdered detergent for 24 hours. In the research work, a quantum evaluation is carried out on the hot air generator with the data obtained from the spray drying process to produce powdered detergent in the drying tower where the hot air current causes the slurry water to evaporate (detergent at 30% humidity) instantly so that the product does not lose its properties. Using principles of energy conservation, the temperature of the combustion chamber that supports the refractory brick was determined, a region of one of the unforeseen stops of detergent production. With the results obtained, the change of high alumina refractory material is carried out to prevent unforeseen stoppages of operation.
