The main objective of this research is to design a Human Talent Management Model according to the reality of the SME construction companies of Metropolitan Lima. The type of investigation was based on the modality of “Feasible Project“ to carry out an investigation to elaborate and develop a viable model to solve a problem, for this it was resorted to the collection of information through an expert judgment made up of 10 professionals of great trajectory and with similar characteristics in education and experience. With the information collected, a Human Talent Management model was proposed where the four main factors of good human talent management are indicated, what are the measurement tools for each factor, who is responsible for implementing each factor and who is the responsible for ensuring that each factor in the company is met and maintained. The proposed model was validated through a survey with a probability sample made up of 77 people, including civil engineers, architects, administrators, among others with professional experience within the construction industry. The research concluded that the four factors for an SME company to have a good management of human talent are: The business climate, well-being, staff development and communication. Being the business climate the most voted factor with a 93.5% approval.
