This thesis work is based on the experiences obtained during the execution of a project that consisted in the stabilization of a slope located in the Belvederes park of the La Molina district in the department of Lima, in which I had the opportunity to work as formulator of the project, in this slope stabilization work a new construction technology was used that consisted in the installation of some metallic stabilizing elements that were imported from abroad, which uses a mono-anchoring system based on a concrete plate that is inserted inside of the slope to be stabilized, the containment of the unstable material is carried out by using two metal beams with a square profile arranged in the shape of an X with a double-twisted hexagonal metal mesh and finally a biodegradable brown geo-mat that prevents it from the finest materials penetrate the mesh, the main advantages of using this new technology is l With rapid installation, low weight, immediate stability and that it is possible to assemble it previously in a place close to the slope, the entire construction procedure was followed, analyzed, documented and compared with the stabilization techniques most used in our environment, thus determining all the advantages and constructive disadvantages of its use in our reality. Likewise, in order to provide a new understanding of the stabilization techniques in our country, we sought to adapt the stabilization technology described above to our reality, using easily acquired materials, especially in the interior of our country, non-labor was used. qualified area of the area, who were instructed to achieve the proposed objectives, for this slope stabilization work, the Huacarpay Town Center in the Lucre district of the department of Cusco was chosen as geographic location, all materials were acquired in said location, the work was followed and monitored, managing to determine a cost structure and execution deadlines for this work.
