The present work of professional sufficiency aims to design and develop the hydraulic model of drinking water and sewerage systems for the Pro Housing Association PROFAM Peru in the district of Santa Rosa in the design period from 2017 to 2037. The project aims to reduce cases of diarrheal and gastrointestinal diseases of the population to improve their quality of life. The hydraulic verification of the drinking water system was carried out based on a static analysis using the Thiessen polygon method; to define the flow allocation, and for the hydraulic modeling of the sewerage system, the normal flow condition was adopted in the basin outlet collectors and was carried out in a static analysis time. The result of this hydraulic analysis proposed a single alternative for the potable water system that considers two cisterns and three reservoirs; and with respect to the sewerage system, two alternatives were proposed, one of which consists of discharging wastewater by gravity to the projected PROFAM WWTP, and the other considers wastewater drainage through a series of pumping and overpumping chambers to discharge into a collector projected on the Panamericana Norte highway. Finally, for the social and economic evaluation of the alternatives, the cost-benefit methodology was used for the potable water system and the cost-effectiveness methodology for the sewerage system; concluding that the potable water system is socially and financially viable, and for the sewerage system that the second alternative is the most technically and economically viable option.
