The present research carried out in the SIOM PERÚ SAC Company, aims to develop an Occupational Health and Safety Management System based on Peruvian national regulations to reduce safety rates in related contractor companies, it contrasts the relationship between the degree of application of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System with the number of occupational accidents, and of these those that affect accident statistics (fatal and disabling). For the beginning of this research, the initial degree of the independent variable was calculated: Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and its interaction with the dependent variable: Accident rate, initially obtained from the historical compilation of the company's- accident reports; analyzed through applied - explanatory experimental research. Finally, the study shows the correlation of the accident rates with the level of development of the Management System and Occupational Health in the Company SIOM PERÚ.
