Instituto Superior Tecnológico en Breña

Abstract

El presente proyecto se gestó en los Talleres de Diseño IX y X de la Facultad de Arquitectura, Urbanismo y Artes de la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería. El proyecto se basa en un Instituto Superior Tecnológico que se desarrolla frente a la Av. Arica en Breña. Tiene dos partes: la investigativa, en la que se emplea métodos teóricos como el analítico-sintético; y la parte proyectual que está conformada por el diseño arquitectónico y el desarrollo de especialidades (planos y vistas). Se ha diseñado el proyecto mediante un análisis de la zona, respetando los reglamentos y normas del distrito y la normativa que concierne a la tipología de la edificación. El propósito del proyecto tiene dos pilares: revitalizar la zona de influencia originando actividades dinámicas que en la actualidad no se desarrollan, y aportar una infraestructura educativa de calidad, la cual albergará a los futuros profesionales técnicos y especializados que demandan los sectores económico-productivos.

The present project took shape in the Design Workshop IX & X of the Faculty of Architecture, Urban Planning, and Arts of the National University of Engineering. The Project is about a Superior Technological Institute, which is located in front of Arica Avenue in Breña District. It comprises two parts: The investigative part, in which theoretical methods are used, such as the analytical-synthetic; and the project part, which encompasses the architectural design and high-level planning of the structure, electrical system and sanitary facilities of the building (architectural plans and views). The project has been designed by means of analyzing the area, complying regulations and rules of the district and the normative corresponding to the building typology. This project has two goals: to revitalize the area of influence by generating urban dynamics, which nowadays are not being developed; and to provide a quality educational infrastructure, which will house to the technical professionals of the future who are demanded by the economic-productive sectors.
