This work develops the access network design based on TDD technology to provide Internet and intranet services to Lima’s rural towns, during the lockdown people with Internet connectivity has continued to access different services through digital media; however, most of the rural population centers with fewer people, who are located with a high geographic dispersion, do not have access to the Internet, and the few that can access to the Internet they do so through satellite Internet, which have slow speed and high latency. For the access network design, it will evaluate speed plans of Internet and intranet services, to predict the number of users for each population center is going to be using parameters and with this information is going to calculate the total traffic, then the spectrum necessary, it will be evaluated, and the capacity of the cell must be greater than the traffic demanded. Finally, trips are made to population centers to measure Internet speed to verify the theoretical calculations obtained.
