This research work was able to validate the relationship between the human and labor factor with sinisterity, taking as a human factor the satisfaction with life and the labor factor to job satisfaction, engagement and the intention to rotate in a mining company. And through statistical averages of the accidents that occurred he managed to identify what characteristics of the worker, conditions of the accident, acts of the accident, state of the worker are the most frequent in accidents. In short, personal and job satisfaction was shown to be key factors in accident prevention. In order to demonstrate the assumptions of influence of the human and labour factor on sinisterity, the following tools were used: Chamba Index vs 1.0, Work Engagement Scale (UWES) questionnaire, Daniela All questionnaire, S20/23 Satisfaction Questionnaire, these were applied to 49 mining company workers and statistical averages were applied to data obtained by MINEM and the company from January 2017 and December 2018. The Chamba Index vs. 1.0 is a tool developed by Peruvian Psychologist Jorge Yamamoto, for diagnosis that allows the design, evaluation and feedback of human resource management. The Work Engagement Scale, Daniela All, and S20/23 Satisfaction questionnaires are based on a Likert scale, which measures the degree of agreement and disagreement of respondents. The evaluation identified that haste in workers is the main reason for accidents, as well as not having an mind on the task. In addition to the fact that there is a significant and low correlation between life satisfaction and job satisfaction with performance. Where from the results obtained plans are proposed to improve satisfaction with life (human factor) and job satisfaction (work factor) for the prevention of accidents.
