This paper implements a mesh free method to solve the equation of the equilibrium problem in solid mechanics applied to the reinforced concrete, when it has inelastic strains and only has micro fissures regions. Therefore, be submitted concepts of functional analysis for the iterative weak formulation implicated in the method of linearization of this equation. Later the meshless interpolant method RPIM is presented to discretize the solution. At this point, shown constitutive models for the reinforced concrete and proceed to build in formal way the Iterative method of linearization, implementing for its optimization a method of displacements control. Finally, submit some applications in Mat Lab for a portic of one bay and shear walls which are used to verify results with an experimental data.
