The present investigation was carried out in the towns of Huacaschuque and Inaco, Huacaschuque district, Pallasca province, Ancash Region. The main objective is to carry out a comparative statistical analysis by means of the t-student hypothesis test, being the samples the coordinates of the centroids of 20 properties affected by the right of way obtained by means of cadastral survey with GNSS RTK method and from the COFOPRI graphic base. In order for the investigation to comply with the strict procedure imposed by the IGN, certification by the IGN and the calculation of the coordinates with GNSS equipment of the monumented point ANC15058 georeferenced from the permanent tracking station “AN03“ located in the Tauca district resulted in the following coordinates: East: 829960.2747 m; North: 9081292. 8061; Zone 17 South, once the static positioning was done, we proceeded to the kinematic survey with RTK of the vertices of the 20 properties affected by the right of way, we also obtained the plan of the same properties from COFOPRI's graphic base to then make a superposition of both graphic bases resulting in an average offset between the centroids of 68.89 meters, also indicated that a comparison was made using the Google Earth reference program and through the portal of COFOPRI's graphic base called GEOLLACTA. Then we proceeded with the comparative statistical analysis by means of the t-student test, with the IBM SPSS v25 program and manually following the formulas shown in this research, having as a result a value of the statistical parameter “t“ of 26.5049 being greater than the theoretical value of 2. 086, concluding that the static positioning was carried out according to what is indicated in the IGN's technical norm, likewise, it was observed that through the Google Earth program and the COFOPRI-GEOLLACTA portal, the plans of COFOPRI's graphic base are not in accordance with the physical reality, from the statistical analysis it is concluded that there is a significant difference between the GNSS (RTK) cadastral survey and COFOPRI's graphic base with a 68.89m lag. This is a serious problem when carrying out the legal physical reorganization of these properties, as they are several meters out of phase. Therefore, it is recommended that the COFOPRI graphic base be updated in order to avoid future problems with the registration of new properties.
