The development of technology has undoubtedly brought great benefits in different areas of our lives, such as when we drive a vehicle on a highway and suddenly we have to inadvertently braking to avoid a collision or an accident, that's when in Most of the vehicles are activated internal mechanisms of the same to avoid that we give turns in bell. These security systems are called ABS (Anti-lock Brake System) which is one of some security systems developed in order to provide greater security to vehicle occupants. If we carry out an analysis of why a vehicle loses stability either due to a bad driving maneuver when turning, inadvertent braking or slippery surfaces, we will realize that most of these events increase the risk of rollover when losing friction from a wheel with the contact surface. In summary, we can say that these safety systems start from the analysis of the dynamic and static friction of a wheel in contact with surfaces, which is why the theory of these technologies already implemented will serve as a reference to analyze our load unbalance problem. due to friction loss in a mining process bucket filling system. This hopper filling system is known as Tripper-Car, which is mounted on four metal wheels and straight rails. Evidence of slippage or blocking of any of the wheels of the Tripper-Car travel system is observed in the historical torque and current for each motor. To solve this problem of load unbalance due to sliding or blocking of a wheel, a neural library will be implemented to control torque in each motor through low voltage frequency inverters. The neural control system was developed on the Control Builder 5.1 platform of the System800xA, a distributed control system owned by the company ABB SA, The torque-motor signals are integrated into the control system through the Profibus DP protocol, these signals are calculated by ACS800 frequency inverters due to a DTC (Direct Torque Control) type configuration in them. With this configuration, the frequency inverter calculates the instantaneous motor torque and allows a more precise control of the motor torque. On the other hand, for the implementation of the neural library, a supervised learning algorithm was used in order to train the neural network.
