The design of bunkering systems on vessels implies having high safety and risk mitigation standards. Many agencies, out of concern for the above, issue and improve regulations on the facilities for loading/unloading, storage and distribution of fuel on vessels. On vessels with flight platforms, fueling systems are generally implemented for incoming vehicles. Aerial vehicles propelled by turbines or propellers require a special Jet A1 fuel, which must be as clean and purified as possible to ensure the proper operation of the vehicle. This thesis makes a descriptive analysis of a fuel supply system according to the requirements of national and international conventions and regulations that guarantee safety protocols. Under the MARPOL convention, requirements for storage and distribution are established, which establishes the design of the system. Then, the final operation of the system is analyzed taking as a case study the design arranged in a frigate. In addition, a device to regulate the pressure in the filtering system is numerically analyzed by means of a FSI (fluid-structure interaction) study, from which its working pressure range is obtained.
