The industrial companies seek to guarantee their profits with the minimum number of plant stops, for this reason they carry out programmed predictive maintenance on their rotating machines that are part of their production and which they consider should have high availability. In this case predictive maintenance to the state of the bearings of the electric motors will be carried out by spectral analysis of the vibrations of said bearings, their mechanical behavior is analyzed through mono axial accelerometers, which are vibration sensors that transform vibrations into electrical signals and these are processed by another device, vibraspec800, which will be linked to the PC through a software called Maintraq online and visualized in one or more computer monitors that will be analyzed by the predictive maintenance specialist and provide the status report to the maintenance manager. For this case the vibraspec800 was used, since it has eight outputs for the accelerometers, so it will be possible to monitor up to eight machines. The communication will be wireless through the use of Access point TP-LINK of 500mW for outdoor from 5 GHz to 150 Mbps TL-WA7510N.con a configuration point to point or bridge of long range and power, without altering the information. According to this information it will be possible to analyze the graphs in real time and see the state of the bearings of the motors. Additionally this system emits an alarm when detecting a critical state of the bearing.
