Abstract: A lo largo y ancho de nuestro país, contamos con instalaciones grandes como centros comerciales, almacenes, centros industriales, fábricas, plantas mineras, plantas de generación de energía, universidades, aeropuertos, etc. Estas son instalaciones clave para la actividad diaria de un país o de una región, por lo que cualquier ataque físico, intrusión o amenaza que pueda poner en riesgo la actividad diaria de producción o el funcionamiento normal de los servicios que ofrecen a la comunidad, tendría un impacto negativo en la población y en la economía del país.
El presente Informe denominado Sistema de Alarma Perimetral con CCTV Inteligente para un Centro Comercial, tiene como objetivo principal diseñar, instalar y presentar los resultados de un proyecto de implementación de un sistema de alarma contra intrusión perimetral automática y en tiempo real, a través de un moderno sistema de CCTV IP inteligente o video vigilancia IP con inteligencia artificial con la finalidad de resolver el problema de inseguridad y de apoyar a la operación del personal de vigilancia y seguridad.
Los resultados de las pruebas realizadas al sistema instalado, permiten concluir que los objetivos planteados se han cumplido.
El trabajo que se expone en el presente informe de suficiencia por experiencia profesional, se refiere al proyecto realizado en un centro comercial; sin embargo, este tipo de proyectos puede implementarse, de igual manera, en cualquier otro tipo de instalación o infraestructura crítica de producción o que brinde de servicios a la población, ya sea de propiedad pública o privada.
Across our country, we have large facilities such as shopping centers, warehouses, industrial centers, factories, mining facilities, power generation facilities, universities, airports, etc. All of these facilities are important for the daily activity of a nation. For that reason any physical attack, intrusion or threat that could disturb the daily production or interruption of critical services offered to the community, would hurt people and the economy of the country. The main objective of this report named perimeter alarm system with intelligent CCTV for a Shopping Center is to design, install and share the results of the implementation of an automatic real-time intrusion detection system using a smart IP video surveillance system with artificial intelligence in order to solve the problem of insecurity and to support surveillance and security personnel. The system was installed, tested and now is operating regularly. Its results allow us to conclude that the objectives defined at design phase have been met. The work exposed in this report of sufficiency by professional experience refers to the project carried out on a shopping center. However, this kind of systems can be implemented with similar criteria in any other facilities, like critical infrastructures or city service providers, public or private owned.
