In 2020, Peru has shown the importance of meeting the demand for hydrocarbons and their derivatives in the different sectors of the country, such as transportation, chemical industries, among others. For this reason, it is important that the oil lots have a control system that allows efficient operations with continuous improvement. The purpose of this professional sufficiency inform is to design of a control system that improves maintenance management and alarm monitoring through interaction with the SCADA screens of the processes that occur in extraction and dispatch batches. of crude. For which, information is collected on maintenance plans, operating philosophy, equipment list, and types of failure events. With this information, a general model of a crude extraction and dispatch plant is generated where a control system will be implemented applying standards such as the ISA 101.1 standard, for the configuration of screens, the ISA 18.2 standard to manage process alarms and recommended practices. of maintenance of the SMRP (Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals), to have necessary considerations of registration of events and actions in teams; in this way, improve the operation of the plant, the safety of assets and people.
