Efecto de las fusiones y adquisiciones de las entidades microfinancieras en el crecimiento del mercado financiero en el Perú 2010 - 2016

Abstract

Las fusiones y adquisiciones de las entidades microfinancieras en el Perú se han ido incrementando vertiginosamente en el lapso analizado de 2010 a 2016, cabe mencionar que el Perú es uno de los principales países que más ha desarrollado en la especialización de entidades microfinancieras en América Latina. Siendo una alternativa en el financiamiento de la micro y pequeña empresa, los cuales no eran considerados como sujetos de crédito por la Banca Tradicional antes de la llega de las entidades microfinancieras especializadas. La presente investigación consta de cuatro capítulos: en el primer capítulo se efectúa el planteamiento del problema a investigar, así como, se describe y se formula la realidad problemática, para luego, determinar el problema general de investigación, los problemas especificos, los objetivos y la relevancia y viabilidad del estudio. Siendo el problema general a desarrollar: ¿Cuál es el efecto de las fusiones y adquisiciones de las entidades microfinancieras en el crecimiento del mercado microfinanciero en el Perú?, y el objetivo general: Determinar el efecto de las fusiones y adquisiciones de las entidades microfinancieras en el crecimiento del mercado microfinanciero en el Perú. El segundo capítulo comprende el marco teórico de la investigación, utilizando como referencia los textos citados en la bibliografía y la formulación de las hipotesis; asimismo, en el tercer capítulo se plantea la metodología de la investigación, y en el cuarto capítulo se enfocará en profundizar en el análisis y los resultados de la investigación, culminando con las conclusiones y recomendaciones, la bibliografía referencial y los anexos del estudio. Siendo un estudio enriquecedor y convirtiéndose en el primer peldaño para profundizar en el estudio de las fusiones y adquisiciones de las entidades microfinancieras y el impacto de éstas en su entorno.

Mergers and acquisitions of microfinance entities in Peru have been increasing dramatically in the period analyzed from 2010 to 2016, it is worth mentioning that Peru is one of the main countries that has developed the most in the specialization of microfinance entities in Latin America. Being an alternative in the financing of micro and small companies, which were not considered as credit subjects by Traditional Banking before the arrival of specialized microfinance entities. This research consists of four chapters: in the first chapter, the statement of the problem to be investigated is carried out, as well as, the problematic reality is described and formulated, in order to then determine the general research problem , the specific problems , the objectives and the relevance and feasibility of the study. The general problem to be developed is: What is the effect of the mergers and acquisitions of microfinance entities on the growth of the microfinance market in Peru? , and the general objective: To determine the effect of mergers and acquisitions of microfinance entities on the growth of the microfinance market in Peru. The second chapter includes the theoretical framework of the research, using as reference the texts cited in the bibliography and the formulation of the hypotheses; Likewise, the third chapter presents the research methodology, and the fourth chapter will focus on deepening the analysis and results of the research, culminating with the conclusions and recommendations, the referential bibliography and the annexes of the study. Being an enriching study and becoming the first step to delve into the study of mergers and acquisitions of microfinance institutions and their impact on their environment.
