A Supervisory Company has the responsibility of exercising its function monitoring and supervision of the services marketed or within the scope of its scope in accordance with government regulations. In this sense, the policy formulated by the Institution must be oriented towards compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement of its processes to achieve its operational plans. To support the main monitoring activities, a tool was gradually implemented, which without performing an appropriate evaluation and selection process, at the time fulfilled the requirements demanded by the departments involved in the short term, however, they do not meet the company's requirements for the medium and long term. Given this situation, the company needs to develop a collaborative tool that allows it to cover its support requirements for the monitoring activities it carries out. This report describes how this process was carried out, describing in detail the problems, the analysis, design and implementation of the support system for the monitoring activities of the company. The stages used for the development and implementation of this tool were the following: 1. Planning 2. Analysis and Design. 3. Construction and Testing 4. Training, Documentation and Implementation After the development process, the aforementioned solution was deployed. This decision showed good results in the following points: 1. Optimization of resources, 2. Time dedicated to the operative planning of the monitoring 3. Opportunities to improve the company's processes.
