The objective of this thesis was to determine through an integral analysis the impact of performance on the management of exposure control to environmental agents and dysergonomic risk factors present in the activities carried out in the mining operations area of a mining company through the use of the mathematical model Gray Clustering in order to determine the index and level of risk of the area and the GES involved in a more objective and practical way for the decision making of the top management of the company, which makes it applicable for all those who have responsibility for communicating and monitor the performance of hygienic risk management in their work centers. To achieve this, the Exposure Assessment Strategy was developed by identifying 08 similar exposure Groups and 64 hygienic hazards, as well as monitoring the exposure to these hazards. This information was entered in the Preliminary Risk Analysis Matrix designed for the calculation of the level and value of the hazard risk by multiplying the exposure rates, duration, frequency, number of exposed workers and health effects of the hazard. The risk values were subjected to Gray clustering analysis by GES and by area through the construction and calculation of the triangular functions of whitenizacion. The cluster indices obtained were weighted according to the scale of risk levels established in the APR-HO and then added by GES and by area to obtain the respective indices. Initial results revealed that 03 of the 08 GES evaluated obtained as cluster indexes of 16.6, 17.1, 18.1 classified as high risk and the area's risk index was 13 which represents a moderate level of risk. With this information, the critical GES were determined to intervene as a priority and engineering, administrative and Epp's control measures were established to apply silica, quartz, whole body vibration and noise hazards. The GES intervened quantitatively were reevaluated obtaining the indexes 11.5,13,14.5 that represent moderate risk and the index of the area 9 which means low risk, which means a 20% reduction of the Cluster coefficient of the area post application of the control measures .
