Productivity in mining is an essential factor for the rationalization of the resources they have, whether they are material, human, machinery, energy and organization, that is why, Managers of the mining companies show special interest in the continuous improvement of productivity of its operations, through constant monitoring of productivity indicators established in the various areas of the mine. The present investigation seeks to increase the productivity of the blasting phase, improving the strategies that are applied in the operation in a constant way. To achieve the aforementioned, the Deming cycle methodology has been implemented, which, in a cyclical manner, analyzes the existing problems by providing strategies that help achieve the continuous improvement of the blasting phase productivity.
