The present work of professional sufficiency shows the development of the application of the “Flowchart Diagram“ method in the construction process “Deep sewer networks with sliding shutters“. This method was developed in the execution of the project “Expansion and Improvement of the Drinking Water and Sewerage System for the Pachacutec Macro Project - Stage I” by the contractor CONSORCIO SADE-COSAPI, focusing its application on the installation of the deep sections of the Collector Pachacutec, which used a new construction process different from the traditional one during the project. This method shows the programming based on location, graphing the activities or tasks as flow lines (Flow line diagram, use of Lean Construction concepts), which allowed to analyze week by week how the activities behaved and related, to their time how to relate to the daily cost and understand the construction process of the installation of sliding liners. Finally, this method allows generating continuous flows (lines or balanced flows) in the different activities of a linear and / or repetitive project, obtaining improvements and reducing losses in the construction process.
