Textile productive process efficiency depends on the control of a series of variables associated with it, among them, climatization of production halls is a key factor that affects both the quality and productivity of the spinning processes. Process optimization, orientated to energy saving, contributes to product placement improvement and operation profitability. The thesis proposes the implementation of a system that allows residual energy reuse, favoring a decrease on the climatization of production halls demand, consequently reducing operation costs. Through a numerical simulation that contemplates the implementation of the mechanisms for the residual energy reuse proposed on a plant model, it has been possible to demonstrate the effectivity of the hypothesis and its impact on the productive process. Additional benefits to the ones proposed are also identified, suggesting its utilization to other processes when applicable.
