An experimental research of the drug pyrazinamide is analyzed and probed with the potentiometric method. By the understanding of the biomechatronic system, that consist of mechanism of action of the drug pyrazinamide in the biological system, and the electrical signals such as the voltametric cycle, a novel method to detect resistance in the drug is developed and proved firstly in vitro, the in cultures and finally in decontaminated sputum. Two results are achieved, the first one is a fifty times more sensitive to detect resistance of the drug in ethylene glycol, compared with the Wayne method that use colorimetry. The second one is by reducing the size of the sensor, the samples needs only 100µ1 compared to the 5ml used, it is fifty times less volume.
