The present study it’s about the restructuring of the entire pumping system of the Company Explotadora de Vinchos LTDA SAC, this study want to deepen the ramp María Inés, in 6 levels (equivalent to 120 vertical meters), and extract the mineral reserves that there are in this área. The pumping flow is 162 L / s, for a static height of 205 meters, which It will be carried out in two very different stretch but It are complementary sections that will work in series. In the first section, the pumping will be carried out with 5 submersible pumps BS 2400 HT, (4 working permanently and 1 in stand by). These will be put on in CA 846 S of Nv.3905 and It will drain the water to Lv.4005, a total of 100 meters of static height through 10 polyethylene pipes of 4 inches each one, installed in CH 818. This new pumping chamber will increase the performance and efficiency of submersible pumps, as well as their lifetime. In the second section, the pumping will be with 3 stationary pumps, with a capacity of 90 L / s, each one (2 working permanently and 1 in standby). These will be put on in the Nv. 4005, and will drain the water until to the surface, located in Nv. 4105, a total of 105 meters of static height. Water will rise through 2 steel pipes of 10 inches in diameter, installed in CH 818. The deepening of the ramp María Inés will allow access until the pits located in the lower levels and start the preparation for its subsequent exploitation.
