Corrosion is one of the biggest threats that occurs on the internal and external surface of the oil transportation pipelines. One of the methods to assess the degree of affectation of this threat is the internal inspection with the intelligent tool, which identifies and dimensions the anomalies present in the pipeline. Once the degree of affectation is known, preventive and mitigation actions for corrosion control are defined. The operator must develop, as a mitigation measure, a repair plan which must be aligned with reference standards. However, the problem lies when the pipeline presents a considerable amount of anomalies that must be addressed in the short and medium term, in this case it is necessary to define attention priorities and then determine the optimal method of repair for each anomaly. The present work of professional sufficiency details the methodology to follow to develop a repair plan which follows the international standards, in a pipeline steel of 110 km that transports crude oil in specification and that was inspected with the smart tool after 40 years of operation Through the application of this method it was possible to program the repair of 60% of detected anomalies that compromise type repairs: installation of type B reinforcements, cuts and repair campaigns of the coating, with satisfactory results.
