The reuse and / or recycling of construction and demolition waste is a current need that goes hand in hand with concepts of sustainable development and circular economy, which seeks the least possible environmental impact and the efficient use of natural resources. The present work proposes the elaboration of concrete based on Construction and demolition waste of stone origin such as concrete, mortar, clay, ceramic, among others; which are recycled in the form of new aggregates called “recycled aggregates“. Two types of concrete were developed; the concrete pattern for which was used as fine and thick pattern or natural aggregate components, Sol type I cement and water; and the combined concrete for which only the natural aggregate was varied, by the recycled aggregate and natural fine aggregate in a proportion determined by the maximum compactness test. In both cases, cement and aggregate ratios of 1 :3, 1 :4 and 1 :5 were set for the design of the concrete, while the water dosage was pre-established experimentally to reach the settlement of 3“ to 4“. The natural and recycled aggregates were subjected to granulometry tests, loose and compacted unit weight, specific gravity and percentage of absorption, and fine material passing the No. 200 mesh. As main results, it was obtained in the fine and coarse aggregate recycled, that the specific weight is 19% and 23% lower, while the absorption is 442% and 993% higher; in both cases with respect to the natural aggregate. The pattern and combined concrete in its fresh state were tested for settlement, unit weight, flow, set time and exudation tests. As remarkable results it has to be given the relations 1 :3, 1 :4 and 1 :5, the combined concrete has a unit weight of 7%, 8% and 8% less, than the concrete pattern respectively. In the relationships of 1 :3, 1 :4 and 1 :5; the combined concrete presents an initial setting time of 3%, 5% and 12% greater, and a final setting time of 4%, 9% and 23% greater, with respect to the concrete pattern.
