In the present work the variations of the properties of the concrete in the fresh and hardened state are analyzed, elaborated in the following way: Medium to low resistance concrete; that is, water / cement ratios of 0.60, 0.65 and 0.7; Elaborated in three different ways: In natural terrain, with equipment, and with equipment and plasticizing additive Chemaplast. To analyze the variations in concrete properties, it is enough to set a standard concrete for each water / cement ratio, and compare with the rest of the concrete prepared in the other ways indicated. The standard concrete will be the concrete made with equipment without additives. In the first chapter, the following research work is contextualized, and objectives to be met and hypotheses to be corroborated are proposed. In the second chapter, the theoretical framework of all the materials to be used in the following research work is framed, in addition the design of concrete mixtures is also mentioned. In the third chapter, the characteristics of the materials to be used in the following research work, their technical factory properties in the case of cement, and their physical properties tested in the laboratory in the case of aggregates are detailed. In the fourth chapter, the test of the combination of the aggregates is carried out, in order to obtain the optimum participation of each of them, in the future mix design by the global aggregate method. The granulometry of the global aggregate is also performed. In the fifth chapter, the additive to use the following research work is detailed, as well as its factory properties. It also presents all the equipment and tools necessary for the preparation of this research. In the sixth chapter, the mixture design is carried out using the Global Aggregate method, for the water / cement ratios of 0.60, 0.65 and 0.70. In the seventh chapter, concrete tests are carried out in a fresh and hardened state for each mix design and for each mode of production. In the eighth chapter, concrete tests are carried out in a hardened and hardened state for each mix design and for each mode of production. In the ninth chapter, the results of the tests in the concrete are compared for each mix design and for each mode of production, for this the standard concrete is taken as a basis for comparison.
