In any company productivity is a factor that significantly affects the profitability of this, said productivity is closely linked to the availability and reliability of machines and equipment; On the other hand, maintenance plays a very important role in determining these parameters. The maintenance calendars are dynamic, so a manual control is very complicated. A computerized maintenance system is adequate since it allows to keep updated the information on the dates in which the maintenance works should be carried out. The present work shows the influence of the use of a maintenance software on the productivity of a feed plant for animals, arriving to determine that with the use of this the reliability of the equipment is increased, the availability of these is guaranteed and by This reduces maintenance costs. The importance of the study lies in the fact that the Maintenance Software allows, over time, to analyze each indicator and evaluate if Maintenance Management is being correctly used through the Indicators and in time, we can analyze each area and make decisions quickly and appropriately.
