The quality today has ceased to be an academic concept to become a neuralgic element in the organization and culture of companies. All, today aim to achieve high standards during its operations, however, in an area that is crucial for the national economy, as is that of the construction industry, there are still those who resist adopting healthy criteria for better performance. In this important field, and specifically in the road works in urban areas, the majority of hydraulic concrete, it is evident to anyone, that many weaknesses in constructive. It has not been possible to corroborate that executing companies and supervisors from work, does not have a standard which be guided to build pavements of quality for the benefit of the public user. What is intended in this research is, in principle, to know the most recurring errors at the time of pave roads with hydraulic concrete, so that, from there, you can raise a proposal for improvement based on some methodology known. In that zeal and conveniently, it was determined to apply the suggested by the International Organization for Standardization - ISO, through its world-renowned ISO 9001:2015. This certifiable guide gives the necessary guidelines for any organization, in principle, to make a diagnosis of their current situation and based on it, establish criteria that help improve their productivity and also meet the requirements that the client demands. This led to the construction sector, would ensure that the realization of the various activities occurs in a regulated framework and are not made at random. It depends a lot on that sense of the will of those who run a company to take this first step and implement favorable conditions of change. It is expected, then, that the model that emerges from here, improve the constructive conditions of hydraulic concrete pavements and generate value to the company, in benefit finally also of the public user.
