The purpose of the present investigation is to design a transport system for cables with a capacity of 8000 N for coffee, cocoa and others that allows to cross the Anapati River with a topographic distance of 350 meters, where the beneficiaries are the Mayni Native Community and Surroundings of the Satipo Province - Junín Region. The transfer of coffee, cocoa and other products are carried out mostly on the shoulder with a maximum weight of up to 500 N, taking into account the distances traveled and the artisanal river service, in this research work it is proposed to make a change of route only to the arrival using a hill accessible to the crossing point of the anapati river, making the design for transport by cables, saving time and helping to preserve the quality of the product. This investigation is done by obtaining the topographic profile taking the coordinates of the national charts; the products to be transported are characterized in order to size the cargo cabin; to select the cable, the concepts of catenary have been used, and for the design of the loading station, the unloading station and the support station or support tower, the concept of direct effort (axial compression effort in short columns) is used. , in these structures both the rail cable and the tractor cable are attached. To carry out this work of designing the transport system by cables, it was carried out taking into account only the structural part corresponding to the mechanical engineering and the foundation part was carried out by a civil engineer; but, coordinating the foundation dimensions of the bases with location of columns with their distribution of bolts. The design has used large safety factors based on the recommendations made by catalogs and standards used.
