This research studies the concrete medium to low resistance with incorporation of natural fiber agave (sisal) using portland cement and water relations - cement of 0.50, 0.60 and 0.70. The settlements obtained in the tests were in the range of 1 "to 4 ½", this variation of settlement depends primarily on the amount of natural fiber added to the mix type. The most important effects related to natural fiber agave (sisal) such as method of production, the market in Peru and abroad, the plant species in each region of Latin America and their physical and chemical properties were studied. The mix design was performed according to the method ACI. a specific pattern was prepared without natural fiber content for each water-cement ratio (0.50, 0.60 and 0.70) and their properties were compared with each of the designs built with natural fiber. The amount of natural fiber incorporated into the mixtures were 5.22 kg, 7.83 kg and 11.75 kg per m3 depending on the ratio a / c. Besides paraffin as a protective agent for natural fibers in order to isolate the reaction of natural fibers used with concrete. Concrete properties in the fresh state (settlement, setting time and potential cracking in plastic state) and hardened (compression, tension by diametral compression and bending) for all types of mixture were determined and finally make a comparative analysis of the physical properties and costs between the specific pattern and the different mix designs. It was concluded that for concrete mix designs in fresh state with natural fibers incorporating time initial and final set considerably increased with respect to particular pattern as the amount of natural fiber is increased. As concrete properties embedded with fibers, in cured state, the compressive strength increases in specific low resistance decreases respect to particular high strength. Regarding resistance traction by diametral compression and bending, in particular built with natural fibers, these values remain almost constant with respect to the specific pattern with a / c of 0.70 and significantly decrease relative to the standard with decreasing the ratio a / c. Another important point that was concluded on concrete paving stones with built-fiber, shrinkage cracking and plastic shrinkage decreases with respect to a concrete paving stone pattern as the amount of natural fiber is increased. Finally, according to cost-benefit analysis using concrete embedded with natural sisal agave fibers in very hot climates in elements that have a particular requirement low resistance it is recommended.
