The title of this research is: Construction of the integration tunnel of the Carahuacra and San Cristóbal mines of Volcan mining company to reduce transport costs, having asked us the question How does the operation of the Integration tunnel in Carahuacra and San Cristobal mine influence on the transport costs of Volcan Mining Company for the period 2018 - 2030?. In that context our statement as a general objective is: Determine the relationship between the extraction tonnage and transport price assuming as a hypothesis that the relationship is significant between the transport and price. The study methodology is of applied type, explanatory level. The study population was constituted by the information of Carahuacra and San Cristóbal mine of Volcan Mining Company At the end of the investigation it was verified that the operation of the Integration Tunnel in Carahuacra and San Cristóbal mines significantly influences on the ore transportation cost in Volcan Mining Company for the period 2018-2030 (p = 0.046 <0.05)
