In the present research work REFORMULATION OF THE VENTILATION SYSTEM (2017-2019) AUSTRIA DUVAZ SAC MINING SOCIETY the main objective is to improve the ventilation system for the mine in the short and medium term, where 07 output shaft alternatives are proposed for the system projected for the next years. The current state of the mine was observed the general balance of income and air outflows of the mine, the air flow that enters the system is 100,449cfm (2,844m3 / min); In addition to this, the resistance of the mine, the length of the work and other parameters calculated by the Ventsim Visual ™ software are also shown, allowing the variations of the ventilation system to be analyzed. To improve the short-term ventilation system, the mine will be divided into two main zones “North Zone and South Zone“. Where it is evaluated that the ventilation circuit took the form of “W“, having fresh air axes the central part of the mine in the shafts 740, 920 and 880 and as an air outlet to the Tunnel Kingsmil (for the South zone) and Existing mine works such as chimneys, cruises, old pits, etc. (for the North zone). The main purpose for the project in the medium term is to have main extraction axes for the South Zone, the mine will consider buying a 150Kcfm fan. In order to homogenize and have two fans in equal conditions in operation, it was evaluated to distribute two main fans of the same capacity of 70Kcfm both for the North Zone and for the South Zone. After analyzing the alternatives proposed in the research work, to determine the CAPEZ, we chose the best alternative 02 (US $ / tms) in which an initial investment of US $ 926,463 was estimated with a rate of 12% and a life of the mine for three years. And for the OPEX we rely on the electric power consumption of the fans of the primary circuit (primary, secondary and auxiliary), labor, tools, materials, services and others. The final result of the research work concludes that it considers ALTERNATIVE 02, raised by Austria Duvaz, better. The coverage of the current system of the mine is 104% and projected 136% in the first year, 139% in the 2nd year and 138% in the 3rd year and to meet the demand for air in the South and North Zone of the mine in short deadline was raised to place 12 plugs and 10 ten doors at strategic points of the mine, directing both the flow of fresh air and tainted by appropriate work, additionally for the North Zone proposed to place a 30Kcfm fan.
