The objective of this thesis is to design and apply the MAF Methodology based on the Deming cycle (PHVA) to achieve the effective transition of the Quality Management System implemented in AMFA VITRUM S.A. according to ISO 9001 version 2008, to version 2015. In addition, as an added value, it is intended that this model can be used as a basis for the QMS transition of other companies of the same category or of others. This investigation begins with the diagnosis of the organization, where the problem that will be the object of study is identified, later the problem, the objective and the hypothesis are defined; based on this, information necessary to prepare the solution proposal is collected; This solution proposal focuses on the design and application of the MAF Methodology which is based on the Deming cycle: Plan, Do, Verify and Act; This methodology is supported by tools such as Analysis of Deficiencies (GAP Analysis), Likert Scales, Gantt Diagram, SWOT Analysis, PEPSU Diagram, Failure and Effects Modal Analysis (FMEA), Procedures Structure and Formats that have been prepared by the own author. Finally, it is demonstrated that the application of this proposal will achieve the effective transition of the AMFA VITRUM S.A. to the 2015 version, the Cost - Benefit analysis is also carried out, where positive benefits are observed both qualitatively and quantitatively; In the latter, the result is that for each S /. 1.0 inverted, S /. 23.8, this indicates that the proposal is viable.
