The current document proves the results of investigation about the comparative analysis of properties in the mechanical battery and masonry walls. It has been used a traditional mortar and mortar with additive that increases the adhesion. It was done studies in separate forms: mortar and unities of masonry; in joint form, after masonry piles and walls. It was used the additive SIKATOP-77, and mixed with different dosages in respect of their specifications. Every design was evaluated in base of: fluency, unitary weight, resistance to compression and resistance to central bending for the mortar. The work proves the different essays to classification in respect their specifications in unities of masonry, essays in the fine addiction to elaboration of the pattern mortar, which have a dosage in volume of the cement-sand 1:3 and 1:4 for portents walls. It was done essays with that pattern mortar and the additive mortar, in base of the indications in Peruvian Norms Technic (Normas Técnicas Peruanas) with the necessary in every essay and Norms Technics in Edifications E-0.70 in Masonry. The essay specimens in masonry it was done with the consideration of the unity in larks of cooked clay, that it was used in the ambit of construction of masonry portents walls. The unity in masonry used is lark King Kong 18H, this unity is being on industrial fabrication of the brand PIRAMIDE. This walls and batteries was being elaborated follow the recommendation of the fabricant of adhesive SIKATOP-77 and the traditional mortar in base of RNE E-0.70 in Masonry. In general terms, the mortars with additive SIKATOP-77, does not reach the final averages, in terms of battery compression, diagonal compression in walls and direct cutting in masonry piles; with respect of the pattern mortar.
