Parque de la Integración y Participación Juvenil en San Juan de Lurigancho

Abstract

Este proyecto tiene la función de albergar e integrar a los/as jóvenes del distrito más poblado de la ciudad de Lima, San Juan de Lurigancho, a través de espacios atractivos y adecuados a la dinámica tan versátil que los jóvenes requieren. Este parque es una conjugación de espacios abiertos y cerrados, de cultura, recreación, descanso, educación, deportivos, propuestos en base a las experiencias organizativas de los mismos jóvenes, que les ofrecen la posibilidad de ser parte de algo propio. El Parque de la Integración y Participación Juvenil permite a los jóvenes de diferentes edades sentirse protagonistas y a la vez promueve el concepto de ciudadanía y conciencia ambiental, que es tan importante para el futuro de nuestra ciudad. La funcionalidad y versatilidad de este proyecto busca responder a dos problemas predominantes en la ciudad: El déficit de áreas verdes urbanas, proponiendo un parque que se provee del recurso agua a través de una planta de tratamiento y que a la vez cuenta con especies adaptadas a la zona que no requieren de mucha agua; y por otro lado, lograr en parte la disminución de la delincuencia juvenil al darle a los jóvenes otras oportunidades de desarrollo personal y el protagonismo que necesitan.

This project has the function to lodge and to integrate to the young people of the district more colonising in Lima city, San Juan de Lurigancho, through attractive and suitable spaces to so versatile dynamics that the young people require. This park is a conjugation from spaces open and closed, of culture, sport, recreation, rest, education, proposed based of the organizational experiences of the young people, who offer the possibility to them of being part of something own. The Park of Integration and Youthful Participation allows the young people of different ages to feel like protagonists and simultaneously it promotes the citizenship concept and it brings back to consciousness environmental, which is so important for the future of our city. The functionality and versatility of this project look for to respond to two predominant problems in the city: The deficit of urban green areas, proposing a park that provides with the resource water through a treatment plant and that simultaneously tells on adapted species the zone which they do not require of much water; and on the other hand, to obtain partly the diminution of the youthful delinquency when giving him to the young people other opportunities of personal development and the protagonism that need.
