According to the philosophy of Lean Construction the concept of construction is taken by models of flows, which are manifested in flows of objects, people and information. The present research focuses on the flow of information. There is little literature on the implementation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the works in Lima, and the study of the stage of finishing in buildings. This research is a contribution to the implementation of ICT in the works, this particular case in the stage of finishing of buildings, where there is communication problems between those involved, ie a low flow of information. We propose a communication scheme based on our reality supported by a communication platform that provides ICT in order to optimize the flow of information. This communication platform allows a collaborative communication, so that the information sent is complete, efficient and understandable, a message communication structure is developed under the methodology Design Thinking. The project is a building of 5 floors and 3 basements, which is in the finishing stage. The magnitude of the work is medium. The planning of the environments is done based on the progress of work and the work involved. For this purpose, the balance sheet method was used to monitor the development of the work. It also analyzes if there is any relationship between the information flows and work progress. The implementation has a low cost, which is within reach of any construction project. This implementation was made through a series of steps based on the choice of the application, the creation of the communication structure of the message, the training, the creation of the platform, the monitoring, the survey on the perception of users and The reinforcement in the implementation. The ICT that was implemented is an application called WhatsApp supported by mobile technology, which has been chosen by criteria according to our reality. The communication structure is effective since it manages to send more complete information, the average information flow was 5.35 messages / day. It was also found that the number of relevant messages was 76% and the most types of messages sent were text with 72%, finally the reports and queries are the most important according to what. With all this, it is possible to change the communication scheme, giving rise to a collaborative communication. It is recommended that the implementation should be conditional on the type of project, its magnitude, progress of work, and the level of implementation.
