The present study has the purpose ofdetermining the levels ofacoustic pollution produced by traffic in the study area, if these levels are below or above the levels established in national regulations and those determined in the world organization of Health, propose the possible control measures to be taken to mitigate noise pollution, the use of acoustic barriers as the main altemative depending on the type and characteristics. So also give us an urban vision establishing differentiated zones; Such as commercial, residential industrial. 0n a road the study is carried out taking into account the level of acoustic energy produced by the vehicles (EUROPEAN METHOD) or taking into consideration the number of vehicles passing through the area under study (FRENCH METHOD), allowing the latter to project a situation to future. In conclusion, it is possible to determine that in the area under study it exceeds the pararneters in Db established by the Peruvian norms in force, therefore, systems have been proposed that allow to dissipate and absorb this energy to appropriate levels. The models proposed to be taken into account by the responsible entities, will allow to improve the quality of life population affected by noise pollution throughout the country.
