Lineamientos para el desarrollo sostenible de un proyecto de parque industrial tecno-ecológico en el Valle del Mantaro

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo formular los lineamientos para el desarrollo sostenible de un proyecto de Parque Industrial Tecno-Ecológico (PITE) en el Valle del Mantaro. Para esto se estudió el territorio desde el punto de vista del desarrollo sostenible, ordenamiento territorial, planeamiento urbano, ingeniería civil y la integración del proyecto con el país y el resto del mundo. Por lo tanto, se planteó el desarrollo de un proyecto de Parque Industrial Tecno-Ecológico, cuya infraestructura se constituye como catalizador para el desarrollo sostenible de la industria manufacturera del Valle del Mantaro. Es así que se descubrió que el Valle del Mantaro, a pesar de las restricciones geográficas y de integración con el ámbito mundial, presenta grandes cualidades o potencial para lograr su desarrollo sostenible; teniendo al Parque Industrial Tecno-Ecológico como fuerza motriz productiva, cuyos impactos se traducen en beneficios económicos y sociales que se propagan a otros sectores económicos, a la vez que se reducen los impactos ambientales negativos de las actividades manufactureras. The aim of this work is to formulate the guidelines for the sustainable development of a Techno-Ecological Industrial Park (TEIP) project in the Mantaro Valley. To reach this, the territory was studied from the approach of the sustainable development, territorial planning, urban planning, civil engineering and the integration of the project with Perú and the rest of the world. Therefore, was proposed the development of a Techno-Ecological Industrial Park project, whose infrastructure gets constituted as catalyst for the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry of the Mantaro Valley. Thus, it was discovered that the Mantaro Valley, despite of the geographic and global integration restraints, has got big qualities or potential to achieve the sustainable development; having the Techno-Ecological Industrial Park as a “productive motive power”, whose impacts translates into economic and social benefits that spreads to other sectors of the economy, while diminishing the negative environmental impacts of the manufacturing activities.
