In this work the Management Model R&J based on Lean Manufacturing that aims to improve the efficiency and productivity of the production process of a company dedicated to the manufacture of glass containers during the period 2014-2016. This research begins with the diagnosis of the company, theoretical and methodological framework to define the problem to be solved framework and the current situation of the company. Methodology and implementation of the model R&J in the selected pilot line is then developed, and establish a proposal of technological change. Subsequently, the financial and economic evaluation is developed; in this investigation an experimental and descriptive study was performed with a diagnostic and analytical method developed whose design corresponds to the design of pre-test and post-test. The implementation of R&J model achieves an increase in production of 38.31%, generating an income of S /. 589.602 annual savings by reducing non-compliant products at 30.53%, reduction in hours for product change by 40% and reduced hours of unscheduled downtime at 33.88%. Then the financial and economic analysis of the proposal is made by the evaluation cost - benefit; giving a TIR of 54.18%, indicating the feasibility of the project. Key Words: Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, Efficiency y Productivity.
